Hello. My name is Joy. I am employed at Level 5 Fitness & Conditioning in Delray Beach, Florida where my job is to sell memberships. I am also a certified fitness trainer.

This blog is intended to serve as a journal in which I document my experiences inside and outside the gym. I meet a lot of interesting people at Level 5. In some cases, this has resulted in friendships which extend beyond the gym doors. In all cases, it enriches my life. For this I am grateful.
